Step 2: Our experts will analyse your data and if suitable, give you a provisional estimate of rental income.
Step 3: Site visit, our installation engineer will inspect your roof
Step 4: Stratton Energy will provide you with a binding written offer
Step 5: Sign the offer and install the solar panels

FAQ
Q: What type of roof can I rent?
A:
- The roof area should be at least 15 Square metres
- Flat or sloping
- Shade free
- The roof should not be north facing (south is ideal)
- You own the property
Q: How much can we earn?
A: Every location is different and its dependent on the size and it’s position so we have to do our homework first. We will give you an estimate if you complete our quick questionnaire.

Q: Do we have to pay anything?
A: No! Everything will be installed and maintained at no cost to you.
Q: Do we need planning permission?
A: In the majority of cases solar panels can be fitted to existing buildings without planning permission. We will take care of obtaining permits and planning permission as required.
Q: What happens with our electricity supply?
A: Absolutely nothing! You’ll continue to buy energy from your existing provider and change if you want to. We install a separate connection and meter for the solar installation.
Q: What other equipment is needed?
A: In addition to the solar panel installation we also need to house our equipment and grid connection. This can be an indoor or outdoor secure cabinet with a footprint of less than 1 square metre. We will discuss this with you on a site visit.
